Michael's real estate career started when he bought his first house at 18. Now over 45 years of experience later, Michael works in all lines of real estate including commercial, residential and multi-family. His home base is Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo County, and he has completed deals all over the United Stated, as well as in Costa Rica. He's sold and leased hundreds of millions in commercial property over the years from small, free standing commercial buildings to shopping centers, and he is well versed in all aspects of commercial property sales.
